I am a skilled educator who has worked across the statutory, Further and Higher education sectors. Latterly, l have been working in the Higher Education sector as an online academic lecturer/tutor working with students across the globe, teaching and supporting modules with regard to International Business, Leadership and Management, People Development and Improving Business Performance. Features of this work is the development of content and learning activity, and the setting and provision of feedback to formative and summative assessment opportunities. I have also worked with a local college of Further Education, devising content and teaching on the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) programmes targeting adult learners in the workplace and the Higher National Diploma in Public Services. I am also the director of a company that provides consultancy, research and training services to the public sector across the UK.
