Hi there, I have a B.A. Honours degree in General Studies.....English, French, American Studies (University of Manchester 1975). Passionate about tutoring, I have tutored a minimum of 2,000 hours of one to one tuition in the last ten years. Since January 2008 I have run my own part time tutoring business. l love tutoring and my students always show an improvement and gain higher grades than they would have done without me. In 2014 one of my students gained 13A* at GCSE. This year another student gained 3A* and 6As.... I am friendly and patient and am driven by wanting my students to achieve the very best possible grades:- that is what motivates me as a tutor. Not all of my students achieve A*. Some students just want to be able to get a pass. I work just as hard for them too.
